**Some 80/450 year models may have deleted rear OEM holes which will require drilling 2 x 6.5mm holes. All Land Cruiser & Lexus vehicles use the same OEM tie-down holes behind the middle row seats. Only rear holes closest to tailgate are affected by this model/year difference.
