Day 137 - 41kms

Today was split into two Halves, the first was a flat 20kms to the southern boarder of Guatemala and then another 20kms uphill to kick off the El Salvadorian leg of my run.

I will only be in El Salvador for 2 weeks because it is the smallest country in the Central American region.

The days run finished in a town called Concepcion to Ateca. It is a small town at the beginning of the Ruta De Las Flores. The Flower route is a domestic tourist hotspot, a 50kms stretch of road that is famed for its beautiful views on the road and string of cute towns that sit along that road.

I spent the arvo writing emails and eating at the main square.

Tomorrow I will be running only 15kms to another in the morning and then checking out a nearby volcano in the arvo.
