Day 118 - 44km

Running today was all down hill, which is easy on the lungs but brutal on the quads. I was making my way down to a town at the bottom at a valley which sits along side a major river called Sacapulas. The mountains I ran through today were huge, although, I didn't have to climb any of them thankfully but there were making amazing angles along the skyline and a twisted and turned my way down the side of the valley.

Sacapulas is nothing special but I did follow a recommendation the Hugo gave me to eat at a particular place, it's was outstanding food. One of the best meals I have had in Guatemala.
