I am now in Granada. I town that sits on the north shores of lake Nicaragua.
It's is a beautiful town and surely on of Nicaraguas gems in its tourist crown.
It is also the place that I was going to catch the ferry to Isla Ometepe which is what is described to be a magical place, the island is made up of two volcanos that after multiple eruptions the land between them was made.
I was staying in a hostel once again and enjoyed meeting a few different people and also speaking further to people I had met in Leon.
I went to the square for food and walked around the street for a a while.
Very content with the days running but also the effort I had put on over the past 2 weeks. I set my self some high milage targets to get through Nica and I was ticking the boxes.
Granada is a beautiful place, reminded me of Antigua in Guatenala, similar cobble stone streets and colonial buildings
